March Book Haul

Forgive my shameless cute dog photo, what can I say #dogmom. But, it’s that time again folks…. Book Haul time! I know, I know – I did not need new books. Mainly because I haven’t even finished reading the ones from the last haul or stayed on top of my reading challenge, but I’m a work in progress and just can’t help myself.

The Lying Game by Ruth Ware

I have absolutely loved Ruth Ware’s past 2 new novels, In A Dark, Dark Wood and The Woman in Cabin 10, so when I saw this one I just had to have it. It does have some mixed reviews on Goodreads and only 3.5 stars but I have to give it a shot.

In The Woods by Tana French

In The Woods is first in the Dublin Murder Squad Series, so hopefully I like it enough to continue into the other books. I love a good series.

The Passenger by Lisa Lutz

I have actually started this book and am about 25% through it and can honestly say I have no idea what’s going on… Basically, the girl just ditches her dead husband at the bottom of the stairs and leaves town. But, my friend recently read this book and loved it, so there’s hope.

In Twenty Years by Allison Winn Scotch

I love how this is the only book in the haul that is not considered a psychological thriller. Six estranged friends reunite and confront their pasts and presents and I’m here for it, love some good drama.

Lie With Me by Sabine Durrant

To be totally honest, I had never heard of this book or the author. I was adding books to my Amazon cart like my life depended on it and this showed up in “suggested” and with a book cover like that, I had to get in on it.
